METOWN RESTAURANT was founded on June 26, 2010. It was co founded by the master's degree in Australia and the MBA of Tsinghua University. With the mission of healthy diet to make urban life happier, Mitang traces the source safety of food materials and follows the healthy cooking method of less oil, less salt and no MSG and chicken essence.
The journey from farm to dining table began in 2014. Today, the ingredients of Mitang are supplied by 100 ecological farms, providing urban people with cost-effective organic solar term family banquets, organic afternoon tea and handmade desserts.
