Qualified as a 'Technical and economic expert for food trade', Roberto Pinton serve the organic movement since 1984, for thirty years as a manager of technical and political organizations; now he is serving specially in consulting on food laws, trade & marketing issues, public relations, advocacy and training. Clients are associations, companies as well national & regional governments and international institutions. In 2010 he was called to serve as sherpa for the EU Commission's High Level Forum for a Better Functioning Food Supply Chain. He served twice as member of IFOAM Organics Europe board representing processing and trade sector and is at the 3rd term as member of the accreditation commitee for Quality Agri-Food products in Accredia (the Italian National Accreditation Body).
