Community of over 150 people that produce Brazil nuts in the Amazonian Forest in Bolivia. They work in all the areas of production, from the collecting to processing to packaging. Most are women. The importance of Brazil nuts lies not only in the contribution to the economy of the mentioned region, but also because of the ecological component it represents in the preservation of the Amazon rainforest.
