| 1 - Set of principles and attributes | I have been involved in the start-up of organic agriculture in Belarus from the beginning in 2010 and even before and I always strive to use the best known principles for such development on national level - and I will continue to work for the further development of a strong and self going national movement for Ecological Regenerative Agriculture in Belarus, currently based on my own vegetable producing farm. By this work I continuously accumulate experiences and I ready to share these experiences with this OFSP network. |
| 2 - Drivers and indicators of sustainable production and consumption | In the work of supporting the beginning national movement for organic agriculture in Belarus I continuously apply the methods that according to my best knowledge are the most effective drivers and tools for promoting transformation processes towards sustainable food systems and I am ready to share these experiences within the OFSP network. |
| 4 - Policy reform proposals/arguments | In my engagement for organic agriculture in Belarus I directly meet problems and bottlenecks that come from national legislation and from international agreements, and I am ready to share those experiences within the OFSP network. |
| 5 - Training and education tools | I have a national responsibilty in Belarus for development of a ”Farmers University Exchange Program” in cooperation with currently University of Agriculture in Grodno, Jordbrukarungdomens Förbund, Ekologiska Lantbrukarna and BERAS international in Sweden, which goal is to create a competence base in the first hand in Belarus together with building practical cooperation between organic farms in Sweden and Belarus. In this way I will contribute to the tools developed with the Farmers University Exchange Program. I also assist in translation of organic agriculture brochures into Russian and creating new possibilities to study organic agriculture in practice in Belarus. |
| 6 - Case studies of food systems | My own farm in Soshitsa village was started from nothing one year ago and I strive to develop it step by step according to the principles of Ecological Regenerative Agriculture and I will share the experiences gained in this work within the OFSP network. |
