| 1 - Set of principles and attributes | Principles and attributes will be set and perfect to guide farms to plant the good quality food and teach farmers to build the knowledge of transformation to biodynamic organic farm. This process is the same way of sustainable food systems building. |
| 2 - Drivers and indicators of sustainable production and consumption | Hot MaMa project teaches and helps the pregnant women and young mothers how to take care of the fetus and the new baby with food choice and health life style building. Sustainable food consumption and production system will be built with the project going on. |
| 3 - Actual data on sustainable production and consumption | We will build the monitoring and benchmarking system which support the sustainable production and consumption traceable. At same time we plan to open the date of sustainable agriculture monitor in Hot MaMa customers’ groups. App will be a good platform to utilization in China. |
| 4 - Policy reform proposals/arguments | We have a good relationship with local government in many provinces in China. And we will do our best to support sustainable food system building on local legislation and international agreements. |
| 5 - Training and education tools | The Hot MaMa project will build the training‐education center and friendly societies for farmers and young women. The service will target kindergartens and public garden in communities also. |
| 6 - Case studies of food systems | The farmers enroll in Hot MaMa program include green farms and organic farms in China. We will favorite to train the farmers to understand and obey sustainable food system with case study. And our success of sustainable system building will be a good example for the society which have similar economical condition to study. |
| 7 - Workshops/roundtables | The local government has a schedule to build a cooperation relationship based on the Food Safety program. It will be a great organization to discuss, to study and to change information among government entities, food chain actors and other organizations. We will enroll international conference to change information also. |
| 8 - Clusters/knowledge sharing | Hot MaMa has training‐education center and friendly societies in different cities. The goal of these branches is sharing knowledge of sustainable food system and health life style. Most important of Hot MaMa program is the connection between food production and consumption. They could exchange the information and requirement on time. |
