5 - Training and education tools | Information dissemination, especially with regard to the the projects ICED has lined up (VEGEFARMINF, SHEAVALUE, LAMDAM, Food Hub) provide ample opportunities to deploy our informationmanagementskillsto transfer sustainable food systemsknowledge to smallholderfarmersandconsumers in Ghanaand beyond. |
6 - Case studies of food systems | ICED has implemented sustainable agricultural projects and organisedseveralcapacitybuilding programmes onthe subject, e.g. ”Sustainable Food Production, Income Generation and Poverty Reduction in Ghana (SIP)” from2004-2008.The results of these projects could be used as case studies on stakeholders participation in transformativeagricultural practicesandchildrennutritional requirements. |
7 - Workshops/roundtables | ICED has acquired high competences in organizing workshops/roundtable, training programmes and conferences over the years for variousstakeholdersin West Africa.
