| 6 - Case studies of food systems | Case study on the optimization process of organicfarming on Bygdøy Kongsgård including processing of slurry, composting of litter and fodder left overs from the animals, self-sufficiency with soil for sowing and manure for horticulture. We will also monitor the capacity of serving food from the farm to our café such as meat, cheese, butter, milk, sour cream, vegetables, herbs, flowers, fruit and berries. |
