2 - Drivers and indicators of sustainable production and consumption | To provide knowledge about characteristics of sustainable food consumption, dietary profiles, with mode of production (organic vs no) and environmental impact based on data collected in the cohort study NutriNet-‐Santé, France. |
3 - Actual data on sustainable production and consumption | Findings from the NutriNet-‐Santé will contribute to knowledge on organic food consumption in France. Work on Mediterranean diet sustainability as a case study (FAO/CIHEAM). |
