1 - Set of principles and attributesThis deliverable is based on a conceptual approach added to scientific and economic knowledge of this topic. My expertise encompasses nutrition, health, epidemiology, organic food consumption thus I will contribute to propose key elements as regards what is measureable and feasible.
2 - Drivers and indicators of sustainable production and consumptionI will provide knowledge about characteristics of sustainable food consumption in terms of dietary profiles integrating mode of production and environmental impact based on data collected in the cohort study NutriNet-Santé. We will also contribute to understand the motives of consumers in link with sustainability and place of purchase.
4 - Policy reform proposals/argumentsFindings from the NutriNet-Santé will contribute to knowledgeand evaluation of the linkbetween sustainable food consumption andindividualhealth and environmental impact to lead toproposal for a framework regulation.
5 - Training and education toolsWe will construct training course in the Framework of our Master degree “nutrition and public health” at Paris 13 University (Sorbonne Paris Cité Research Center).
6 - Case studies of food systemsWe will characterize the change in the sustainability of dietary patterns over time in the NutriNet-Santé study. Who and how changes occurred will be described. Target group will be identified to point out who is the population who does not tend to sustainable diet.
7 - Workshops/roundtablesOur study is acknowledge in France and may play a core role at the regional level.
