6 - Case studies of food systems	Södertälje Municipality has first-hand knowledge and experience in many practical, policy-level, and collaborative transformation processes. Notably, the succesful transfer of Södertälje`s diet policy to three European cities in the `Diet for a Green Planet`URBACT Pilot Transfer Network; the current European àction-planning`network URBACT Agri-Urban which focuses on innovative municipal initiatives and food production; the current 5 year ERDF financed project Matlust which aims to strengthen the sustainable food system in the greater Stokholm region by focusing on SME´s, and finally the Södertälje `Food Production` Strategy - a municipal strategic action plan which provides guidelines for the creation of a diverse and sustainable food system.
